BIOGRAPHY
Joseph Cea – Owner Delmar, New York
C & C Wildlife Management was first registered in Oneonta, New York, and moved to Delmar, New York in 1998. It was created as a partnership and as a dedication to my father, Daniel Cea, who taught me so much about wildlife, hunting, fishing and business.
I started out wanting to be a conservation officer, but later switched my career goals to wildlife biologist. I earned an associates degree in wildlife technology from SUNY Cobleskill, and a bachelors degree in wildlife management from West Virginia University. I worked privately for a nuisance wildlife trapper in Westchester County, New York, and then spent a year and a half with the NYS Conservation Department as a wildlife technician working on the areas of wetland restoration and wildlife damage control. Currently, I am a certified biology and earth science teacher with a masters degree in education. C & C Wildlife was created primarily to help people with wildlife damage concerns, but also to help educate people about wildlife and man's role in managing wildlife. Lastly, it was created to help improve the image of hunters and trappers, and to help people realize the necessity behind these two great past times.
